Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, photos, food, and the occasional life rant. Dine and travel with me through my blog!

Welcome 2015!

Welcome 2015!

Welcome to 2015! I wish you all a very Happy New Year. This year is full of great things to come; I can feel it. One of my goals (I’m refraining from using resolutions) is to maintain this blog on a more stable basis. Maybe every Sunday evening, post an entry about my thoughts or life (because that’s what you’re waiting for).

This Christmas, I got a lot of great things for video production. My friend got me a GoPro camera that I’m still trying to get the hang of! I now also have extra memory cards for my cameras. This is all great stuff that I plan on using more of in the coming months. I cant’ guarantee a daily video like I had wanted, but at least something a week. A set schedule is all I can achieve or attain to. Other than that, it’s no secret by now that I have a new job.

It took all of me to think about my future in 2015…professionally speaking. I needed a change. There was so much to think about including my wanderlust, which I still have. I know this year will be pivotal in that decision because this wanderlust has been brewing for over 2 years now. I will revisit this again in the future. As of now, I’m so very excited for my new position at UIW. What this means is that I’ll be growing in a profession that I’ve loved for so long. I’m very happy to take you on this journey with me.

Okay, that is enough of that. I have to get back to cleaning and arranging my room. I recently purchased Lena Dunham’s memoir, Not That Kind of Girl. I will write a post later after I finish reading it on my thoughts of it. I originally bought it because I wanted to see how she mastered her creative energy into writing and her comedy/filmmaking.

This was a short one. Again, happy 2015! I will see you all very soon.

ILY,

Carl
