Just A Little Update
So, I launch this site and don't know what to do with it. Just kidding. The old tale of the convoluted schedule came into play here. I'm nearing the home stretch of my master's program, so my time is limited for now. But, I found an extra five minutes to keep you posted on what's been going on with me.
First, I've been traveling back and forth from California and Texas because there was a death in my family. I've also been traveling for reasons I cannot delve into right now for fear of exposing some pretty involved secrets. As soon as I can reveal anything, I will definitely keep you all posted. Second, I'm in the final semester of my master's program. I am slated to complete the program in mid-August and graduate in December. This has been the main weight holding me down from the social media progression I've wanted for this blog and YouTube channel. Lastly, I've temporarily put my YouTube launch on hold. I have come to some realizations and had to admit defeat to myself. I am not giving up! I will return to YouTube and start a full-fledged campaign for myself. I love making videos and plan to do a whole video blog series on my channel. It was easier to film, edit, and upload these types of videos when I was in high school and started college (I didn't have nearly as many responsibilities as I do now). As the years came, the level of expectations of me raised greatly, and I had more responsibilities in my personal life and school. I am still planning on posting some preliminary videos this summer to sort of get back into the game, but I see myself doing the daily vlog in August after I complete my master's program. I miss YouTube and you guys.
This blog wasn't much in the marketing or public relations sphere, but it was a bit about me and where I am at. According to my analytics, I have been getting traction to this site (which makes me elated), so I had to explain why there's only been one post since its launch. I'll continue to keep you all posted on my life and when everything begins to work again, from this end. Until then, just sit tight and follow me on Twitter.
